Vice President, Asset Development Manager
Tera Anderson focuses on development of IRG projects in the western United States with a wide range of property types including mixed use commercial, office, industrial, multi-family, and hospitality. She primarily focuses on asset management, contract negotiation, budget and schedule management, project underwriting, and business planning.
With over 15 years of experience before joining IRG, Anderson was the Redevelopment Manager for the Office of Economic and Urban Development in Las Vegas with a $45M Annual operating budget responsibility (including debt service, development incentive program deployment, site acquisition and dispositions, and capital project planning). In addition, she was the chief negotiator for sourcing and execution of acquisitions and development opportunities and financing and development contracts and negotiated and managed tax increment financing and new market tax credit deployments. She was also a broker with Berkshire Hathaway in Nevada, ranking the #2 top performing broker salesperson in the office and #25 out of 2,000+ company agents.
Anderson has a current RE Broker License, an MBA from Arizona State University, and serves on a number of professional organizations including the Nevada Public Education Foundation Board of Trustees.
