Evan Vlaeminck

Evan Vlaeminck is a versatile real estate executive with deep expertise in development, land acquisition, and strategic project execution. He is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects—from deal sourcing and due diligence through design, entitlement, and public approval processes. He has been instrumental in expanding the company’s capabilities, including spearheading mixed-use, industrial and multifamily developments, positioning IRG for long-term growth and diversification.

Formerly a leader with GCI Residential Inc., DDR Corp. and Westfield, Vlaeminck had central leadership roles that shaped and advanced the companies’ growing portfolios. While at GCI, he oversaw the development of more than 7,000 residential units.

Today he works cross-functionally with legal, accounting, and investment partners,  structuring project financing and contract documentation to clearly define scope, performance expectations, and execution strategy. Vlaeminck’s collaborative approach ensures alignment across stakeholders while maintaining disciplined project delivery.
