Michele Kiernan leads strategic redevelopment initiatives and guides the long term growth of a diverse national real estate portfolio. With more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Michele specializes in repositioning underutilized assets and advancing complex projects that create meaningful economic and community impact.

Kiernan oversees major development efforts from concept through execution, working closely with public and private partners to deliver projects that are financially sound, operationally resilient, and aligned with IRG’s strategy. Her expertise spans adaptive reuse, multi-family housing , industrial redevelopment, and Tax Credit–supported initiatives.

Recognized for her ability to navigate regulatory environments, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive forward large scale initiatives, her goal is to enhance long term asset value and better communities.
