Jules Kovelman
Corporate Accountant
Jules Kovelman is responsible for day-to-day accounting functions for corporate entities as well as investor coordination for IRG’s national portfolio of properties.
She has over eighteen years of diverse experience spanning the entire commercial real estate lifecycle, including acquisitions, financing, construction, leasing, and operations. Prior to joining IRG, Ms. Kovelman was a property manager and accountant engaged in the operations of over a million square feet of retail and office space.
Ms. Kovelman holds a Business Administration with Accounting concentration and resides in Los Angeles.
