IRG is the master developer of the former McClellan Air Force Base in Sacramento, California, now known as McClellan Park. The 3,000 acre site is currently a multi-use business park that contains approximately 8.5 million square feet of buildings. Beginning in February 2000, IRG committed to the purchase of McClellan Air Force Base and planned to renovate the site into a commercial business, high technology, and aviation park. The property was virtually vacant when purchased and now has over 180 tenants, including Northrop Grumman, Boeing, the US Department of Forestry, the US Department of Agriculture, the California Department of Transportation, Raytheon, General Dynamics, Americorps, and Wal-Mart.
