With a portfolio of over 50 million square feet within 70 projects across the United States, IRG is among the largest private owners of commercial and industrial properties in the country and is widely recognized as one of the leaders in repositioning under-performing assets through adaptive reuse. These properties generally range from 50 acres on upwards of 3,000 acres. Project budgets can be as small as five to ten million dollars and as large as several hundred million dollars. Additionally, IRG successfully transforms “brownfield” sites, sites that are environmentally contaminated and require clean-up. Also, approximately 10% of IRG’s portfolio, or 5 million square feet of buildings, is historically preserved to SHPO or equivalent standards.
